Return Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. 
If there are quality problems, please show us photos of error firstly, there are 3 ways to solve it.
1、Send the item back to get the full payment back.
2、Get some discount to keep it if the part of the item broken.
3、We can also resend a new item as soon as possible and the orignial one don't need to send back if the item has quality problem.

If you want to return the item, you need to do the following things
1、Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2、Please ship items back to me (with tracking, at your own expense) within 2 days of arranging the return.
3、Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
4、When we receive the item you send back, we will give you the refund ASAP.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the item has quality problem, our company will pay the back shipping cost, if not, you need to pay the shipping cost by yourself.
