What shipping carriers are used?
Our package shipping by Fedex, DHL, USPS and so on.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If you choose rush delivery, delivery time is within 1-2 days processing time + 3-5 days shipping time = 4-7 bussiness days.
If you choose normal delivery, delivery time is around 7-14 bussiness days.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We do free shipping on all orders.

Tips for shipping

• Please note that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted.
• Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
• Your order tracking information will be updated when it arrives in carrier's regional facility. Kindly allow 2-3 days of transit shipment. Thanks for your patience. Should you have any questions, please chat with us.
• Package to Canada and the United Kingdom may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up. For more remote areas in Canada, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.
